Congratulations to the South Wales Team who competed at the Welsh Inter-Regional Championships at the Cilcain Mountain Race in North Wales.
Rhys Goodrick took an excellent individual silver medal as did Tomas Black who claimed silver in the U23 category.
Not to be left out, Matt O’Keefe (CDF Runners) also bagged a silver medal in the M40 category, with Wilf Evans (CDF Runners) running strongly for 10th place helping secure a silver medal for the South Wales men’s team.
Amy Cox (CDF Runners) had a great run for 9th place in a very competitive women’s competition.
Overall a fantastic effort by all athletes in challenging conditions on a very difficult course.
