Huge congratulation to all of the medallists! It was fantastic to receive well over 500 entries from runners representing nearly every club in the region, as well as a few from further afield.
This was a real club battle, as Bridgend Athletics collected a whopping 36 medals from across the age groups, with Aberdare Valley AAC close behind on 35 medals. Not to be outdone, Cardiff Athletics picked up 34 medals but can be satisfied to have received the most golds of the day.
We now look ahead to the Inter-Regional champs in Newtown and have no doubt we can build a strong squad to take on the other regions.
