Selection
South Wales competes in a number of events that require teams to be selected from across the region and beyond. As long as you’re an affiliated athlete and meet the eligibility criteria, you can wear the maroon and white stripes regardless of your club’s location.
Team Managers will be appointed for each event and we will endeavour to communicate the selection criteria widely to clubs and across social media.
Selection can be made from results of specific events, or based on Team Manager’s discretion but we strongly encourage our athletes to put themselves forward and promote the opportunities within their clubs.
